Blake Lively was recently at the Launch of Tiffany & Co 2011 spring collection in New york and looked so darling in her purple Elie Saab dress and Louboutin lace heels. She paired the dress with a black under-lace dress which I think works quite well matching her black lace shoes. The material of the dress gives the look such delicate grace and I adore the colour. The backless dress paired with black under-lace gives a hint of sexiness but in a delicate manner.
